At Boreal Defence, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tactical tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our system.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
